Pressenger LLC acknowledges that it is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

The Data Controller processes the customer's email address exclusively for the provision and maintenance of the service (contacting, maintaining contact, concluding and performing the contract and claims arising from the contract, for the purposes of enforcing the Data Controller's legitimate interests) on the basis of the legal basis of the performance of the contract - provision of the service (Point b) of Article 6 Section (1) of GDPR and Sections 13/A (1) - (3) of the Eker tv.).

The Data Controller will use the email address for direct marketing or commercial solicitation based on the customer's voluntary and informed consent (Point a) of Article 6 Section (1) of GDPR).

The Data Controller uses the email address on the basis of the customer's voluntary, duly informed declaration in order to maintain and improve the quality of the service (Point a) of Article 6 Section (1) of GDPR).

The Data Controller shall use the customer's full name, address or place of residence and telephone number for the purposes of contacting the customer, preparing the conclusion of a contract, concluding and performing the contract and claims arising from the contract only on the basis of the customer's voluntary declaration based on appropriate information (Point a) of Article 6 Section (1) of GDPR). In this context, data processing shall only take place in the context of the additional service provided on the website (provision of a free promotional sticker package), if the customer uses this service in accordance with the conditions set out on the website.

Duration of processing, time limit for erasure of data: if one of the conditions of Article 17(1) of the GDPR is met, processing will continue until the data subject's request for erasure or until the withdrawal of consent. The specific rights of the data subject in relation to each individual processing operation and how to exercise them are set out in point 4. The rights and remedies generally available to the data subject are summarised below.

  1. The data subject has the right to receive accurate and comprehensible information about the processing of his or her personal data. This notice has been prepared with this in mind. The information must be provided without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days.
